Nogod 88 Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

1. General Terms

2. Account Rules

3. Payment Rules

• Minimum deposit: The minimum amount per deposit is ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours; VIP members receive payouts within 5–10 minutes.
• If identity verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, Nogod 88 may request supporting documents, and the payment will remain on hold until those documents are submitted.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, Nogod 88 may withhold payment and launch an investigation.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Nogod 88 will never ask for your payment details (card number, PIN, etc.). If anyone requests this information, it is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.

4. Bonus Terms

Nogod 88 offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements.

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount becomes withdrawable after it has been wagered a specified number of times — typically between 10x and 30x.
• Each bonus offer is applicable only once per person/household/device/IP address.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• Nogod 88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings will be cancelled in full.

5. Betting Rules

Your account must have sufficient balance to place bets on Nogod 88. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

• All bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant event.
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be refunded or voided in accordance with Nogod 88's policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Nogod 88 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Nogod 88 is not liable for any missed bets during live betting due to internet connectivity issues.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (match betting/arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

If Nogod 88 detects suspicious betting patterns, the relevant bets may be investigated and payment withheld if necessary. Playing regularly and honestly will prevent such situations from arising.

6. Responsible Gaming

Nogod 88 believes betting is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. The wellbeing and financial security of our members is our top priority.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily close your account for a set period at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nogod 88 and will result in permanent account termination:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or using bots.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in odds or result manipulation.

8. Account Closure

You may close your Nogod 88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Nogod 88 may also close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

9. Limitation of Liability
